As an autocephalous body, the United American Orthodox Catholic Church is an self-governing jurisdiction embracing the ancient Christian faith through a commitment to Traditional Inclusive Orthodox theology.
Founded in 2002 under the leadership of Archbishop NICHOLAS Anthony Hash, the Church has grown into a Spirit-filled community that is united Church of both Eastern and Western liturgical traditions, fosters inclusive sacramental life, and upholds the Gospel of Jesus Christ. On Easter Sunday 2025, the Church adopted its current name to reflect its enduring dedication to the faith of the ancient, undivided Church .
