We joyfully welcome the Reverend Hierodeacon Father Uriel Patrick-Joan to the UACC! He was incardinated on June 26, 2024, at the General Synod.

Originally from Georgia, Father Uriel was chrismated into the Holy Orthodox Church in Toledo, OH, on the Feast of Saint Patrick 2019. Alongside Father Matthew Christopher, he co-founded the Orthodox Community of Saint Brigid. In October 2021, he was tonsured as a Stavrophore-monk, becoming the Protos. Father Uriel was ordained to the Holy Diaconate in 2023 on the Sunday of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.

Father Uriel serves as Hierodeacon of Saint Dymphna Orthodox Church and Protos of the Orthodox Community of Saint Brigid. Beyond his spiritual commitments, he enjoys water activities, photography, eastern mysticism, and music.
